I saw that too! I love the little details that were put in to her outfit. And that pose. I love how she's looking out over the city, with that beautiful sky. It's perfect.
Even if I hadn't read the story and knew nothing about Uttor (which I SO wish was a real place, lol)... this cover would have drawn me in!!! Luckily, though, I do know the story... so the cover is just the icing on the super delicious cake.
