Best Writing Advice Ever

Today I was kicking back and cleaning up my files and I found this:

"On Writing," by Robert Sawyer.

The essay lays out Heinlein's five rules for writing success.  And they're dead on. A must read for any writer, but in particular for those aspiring to publish.

  2. That is a very good article. Thank you for posting it.

I don't write anymore so I'm one of the ones that dropped the ball, but I've been thinking about finishing the story I have going on Lit. It's been YEARS since I even thought about that story.

Once again, thanks for posting the link. Like Ms. Church said, "You can bet I'm saving that link."

    1. Glad to be of help, Mendy! I also stopped trying to publish for a while due to life events. This article is one of the things I went back to for inspiration. Finishing work is probably the biggest stumbling block.
